Canon Techniques and Traits II. [/b][/center][/font]
The following techniques are Canon Techniques that can use with their shinobi without permission from the Admin. However there is an exception. You can only have jutsus that equal the rank of your shinobi or lower. In other words you can't have any of the following A-rank techniques if you are B-rank. This rules does NOT apply to any other section besides the following. Below are the amount of jutsus you can have based on your shinobi rank: - D-Rank: You can have 3 of the following jutsus.
- C-Rank: You can have 6 of the following jutsus.
- B-Rank: You can have 10 of the following jutsus.
- A-Rank: You can have 15 of the following jutsus.
- S-Rank: You can have 20 of the following jutsus.
