Description: The user forms chakra on their fingers to grab water in the air and form droplets. They can then fling these little droplets of water on to someones body or face. This can cool a person off on a hot day or be a nice prank during school hours.
Drawbacks: Does no damage. At all.

Requirements: Must have a source of water. Handsigns.
Description: Using the surrounding water the user will form the correct handsigns and then cover their hand in water. When they do they will force the water to stick to their hand and tighten their molecules together, forming a type of glove protection. After the glove is created the water will further manipulate it's molecules so as to create 5 sharp claw-like weapons on the end of each finger, allowing the user to use a "claw"

Requirements: Handsigns.
Description: The user forms the correct handsigns and then uses chakra to create water in their gut. They will slowly build up this water inside of them until it is a large enough amount to suddenly spew forth to slam into an opponent. The "Water Ball" that they spew is only 1 foot in diameter and can only be shot 15 feet. However, when it hits something it has the strength of a metal ball.

Requirements: Handsigns
Description: The user, after forming the handsigns, manipulates the water in the air so that it becomes grouped together, forming an actual pile of water, or puddle rather. Each rank creates a certain amount of water which is suspended in the air for two posts. At D-rank there is enough water for a D-rank water jutsus, at C-rank there is enough for a C-rank water jutsu, etc.
Drawbacks: Can't be used for an attack and is just a set up.
